Was looking at the panties and saw a sign that said 2 for 6 € ,3 for 9 € etc so i took 2 panties then when i went to pay the girl said that what i took was misplaced in the sale section so i had to pay full price for each individual item , sadly i just wanted those 2 pairs of panties because i didnt like any other and there werent nice things in my size so , they should be clear on what they put on the racks.

Super nice helped by Sanne. He can get a bonus from me. I was pleased that she greeted me. While I had already half disappeared into a clothes rack. This sometimes happens in a somewhat compelling way in shops. But this was very good. Just let them know that you are there and that you have seen your customer. Kind and patient. She really thought along and came up with good ideas and solutions for practical "problems". No slick sales pitches, just helpful and a personal approach. As a result, I bought more than I planned. I am happy with my purchase and will be back. She could have said that a discount code was released the same week. I asked her about that!

Bought new bras today in the promotion: 3rd bra for free. Because we have the covid measures, the staff cannot physically measure for the correct size. Doesn't matter, I was helped very well by an employee. I knew about my size and without touching me she judged whether the bra fit properly. I am very satisfied and have 3 well-fitting bras again.
