We enjoyed out stay very much. The people were friendly and the dog was cute too.

We were satisfied, perfect accomodation for bike touristic.
Gerrit Jan and Ada Vreeman were wonderful inviting hosts! The spacious rooms with large bathrooms were much appreciated and luxurious for this weary traveler. The details were not spared including heated bathroom floors and a scrumptious breakfast. I would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone passing through or staying near Hitzum.
We had the apartment, just great, wonderfully good beds, the apartment was also nice and cool, everything you needed was a dishwasher, we had chosen to take the breakfast basket in the morning, well taken care of, warm rolls, eggs, cheese , homemade jams, you could also take meat. Very friendly hostess and host, lovely garden to sit in, quiet and do not forget the animals in the garden, the many birds, in short, a wonderful place to stay, highly recommended. Do not forget to bring mosquito repellent because they are available (especially with the warm weather)
What a wonderfully peaceful place. Wake up to bird sounds and a view of cows and sheep. Within 10min by bike in the center of Franeker. Friendly and helpful owners. We will definitely come back, rather today than tomorrow 😅.
