Leeuwarden finally has a descent ice skating track! After years the capital city of Fryslân has a beautiful architectural ice sports centre. Besides the beautiful architecture it's interior is well designed and a real treat to the eye. As an amateur ice skater I can't judge the ice on a professional level. For the all-round/family-day-out ice skating I think the quality of the ice is very good. They also facilitate training racks for the kids. Don't forget to bring a €0,50 or €1,- coin for these racks.
