Thanks to Corona, we couldn't go on vacation - working people can't afford 14 days of quarantine. No goodwill on the part of Ostrea. 90% of the costs had to be paid. We will definitely not book there again.

We have already been to this facility six times and had already booked another stay over the turn of the year in spring. Because of the escalating corona situation, we asked the manager at the beginning of December to be able to rebook the holiday to 2021. This was brusquely rejected on the grounds that there was no corona problem on Ameland and the ferries were operating. When both the Netherlands and Germany went into lockdown and Ameland had an incidence value of 485 (meanwhile 1350), we once again asked for a rebooking option by email. This e-mail was simply not answered despite having been repeated 3 times. That is disrespectful and dubious. With "welkom" Ostrea probably only means the money guests. We didn't come and will never book Ostrea again.

Nice apartments to rent, great location, 600m to the endless beach where a pavilion offers fine dining ...
