JT-Miniworld

A beautiful, large and very lovingly designed model railway layout with many special details and re-enacted scenes "from life". The level of detail, the wealth of ideas and the technical skills of the builder are admirable. The facility was not built by a club, but in years of work by a private individual with the support of his wife and is operated by them. The complex is constantly expanding and a visit, but also a repeat visit, is highly recommended. There is always something new to discover.

It is cleverly made, that is the premise. The owner has built 6.5 years to realize this. I have been there with my 6 year old son. First called to ask if it was allowed (minimum age is 12). At the door, the woman was still difficult about the age, but in the end the prospect of 2 × € 6 (quite expensive for what you 'get') apparently the deciding factor. Below is a collection of model trains in display cabinets, above is the 'miniworld' built. Because the owner kept a close eye on us (afraid that my dear son would get somewhere?), I didn't really feel welcome. I understand the age limit, but then I am fundamental. My son liked it (that's the most important thing), but it is definitely not recommended. We were outside again within half an hour. Note: only cash is accepted.

Fantastic place to watch a huge model city with friends or family. A nice place where you can easily look for an hour at the secret of all the beautiful moving trains. In short: highly recommended!
