Stayed in this accommodation for a number of days. To great surprise we did not see anything from the deposit. You pay 200 euros in cleaning costs (included in the price), you leave the accommodation reasonably tidy and you will be notified on the spot that you will get the deposit back. You will not receive anything back from the deposit. Telephone and e-mail very amateurish with no compensation. Once and never again!

Bad experience in the handling after the stay. Falsely accusing and above all amateurish and absolutely not customer friendly. Overall nice stay but bad aftercare!
