The spareribs I had were very dry but the fries were good. The beer i had was nice and the service was decent. Overall, it was a solid meh.

Had dinner at De Huuskamer last month. Unfortunately this was a very bad experience.
As a starter we ordered a snack plate. While the waiter took our order, she mumbled that this would be difficult in the kitchen, while the dish is really included in the starters. We found this very strange.
After an hour of waiting, our snack board finally arrived, it was quite reasonable.
Against our better judgment, we then ordered a main course. After waiting another hour I decided to ask where our food was. Apologies were made and a free drink was offered, quite nice.
Were it not for the fact that my pork tenderloin was downright rancid. The outside was burnt and the inside completely raw. The pork tenderloin was also served IN a cup of mushroom sauce, making the entire sauce full of the fat from the pork tenderloin. Very dirty, I have never eaten that bad.
