Nicht gerade eine vertrauenerweckende Firma! Ich warte seit über zwei Wochen auf ein Getriebe-Angebot! Auf meinen Anruf vor einer Woche wird nicht reagiert, auch nicht zurück gerufen. Schade eigentlich.

The company de Jong offered me a used Volvo engine on October 9, 2020 for a fair price of € 2,200. The engine was shown on a photo complete with all auxiliary units, i.e. with turbo, water pump, hoses, cooler, etc. The invoice has already been sent to me. During the email traffic about the formalities, de Jong dismantled various add-on parts such as the alternator, coolant compressor and the starter and sold them separately ... from my engine. When I pointed this out to the de Jong company, they wanted to talk themselves out of it, saying that this would be their standard when selling engines. I wanted to overlook it generously if de Jong would send me detailed photos of my engine, especially the engine number, so that I could get proof that the engine delivered is identical to the photos. That was on November 11, 2020. In plain language. No photos, no money. I haven't heard or read from de Jong since then. Decide for yourself whether you want to trust such a business practice ... I definitely don't. Hello Her de Jong, I'm not angry ... just puzzled by your business conduct. Also..... The order was a little different. 9.10. In 2020 I sent you a request about the engine November 6th, 2020 I only received an offer from you with the note that the flywheel is not supplied You could explain that to me plausibly November 19, 2020 I ordered the engine from you, without a flywheel November 25th, 2020 you explained to me that your engines are always delivered without a starter, alternator and air conditioning compressor. You only gave me this information after ordering. And now let's be honest ... if you order a pizza with tomatoes, onions and mushrooms and pay in advance, the cook explains to you that he always sells pizza without tomatoes, onions and mushrooms ... I think you wouldn't be there either so very happy. I don't think you would eat there again. Only my pizza (Volvo engine) would have been a bit more expensive.
