Unfortunately, we have bad experience with Expert Stadskanaal, unlike the Emmen branch. We bought an expensive induction hob. Not in stock, but in the store. If we also take them with us, but no more packaging, no instructions for use, no accompanying fertilizer accessories. So a new order .. delivery time would be 4 to 5 days and we got a message ... so not !! After a week I went there .. no so there was still not. The following week he would also arrive from the shop of another branch on Tuesdays and we got a message ... so not !!! But call again. Yes he has arrived .. delivery was not too far away (Emmen). We will go there again to pick him up. After installation it turned out that a living area was defective Call again ... yes, very unfortunate another one from the store is still there or could be exchanged. But delivery was not an option that could take 4 to 5 days. I made a joke of "then only eat out for 5 days at the expense of Expert" was not appreciated. Then pick it up again for the 3rd time to Stadskanaal. Good thing I didn't bring back all the accessories because they weren't there. And it wasn't really customer-friendly either Expert Stadskanaal ... well no I'm done with it

Beautiful modern Expert Store, wide choice of electronics and accessories, friendly and helpful staff. There is a large parking garage under the shopping center.
