Bought a pellet stove last year, it always did great. Until last week, they called and asked if they could check him. Could be but then I had to bring the heater and they did not know when they had a fitter available. No services at all on their part. You have to take the heater out of your house, take care of transport and then bring it and then they don't know when they have a technician. I have heard such things about them before but do not expect them to actually work like that. I do not recommend them to people!
