HONESTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO, COMMUNICATION ZERO The owner of this business can learn some manners. I went back 3 days after I bought some jewelry to see if I could return some. I was told without explanation that I could get 10 € for it, I told that I had just bought it and that did not matter to the owner .. in fact he became impatient with the anti-social off. The neighbor jeweler, Arn van Ess (an employee there) quietly told me that silver is worth nothing after you have bought it. If Mr. Kremer had just told this and had acted human, he would not have received this review. I recommend Mr. Kremer to do some self-reflection. - here update February 17, 2021: At first I was only told that it was damaged and that it was a closure that was missing, there were no scratches on it and the other bracelet and the rings were still intact. You dare to twist the course of events, it is a pity that honesty always wins the game. That is why I have not adapted the review only expanded it. You just offered me 10 €, I was not asked at all about when I bought it. What I did do is go back to the store later because I had lost my patience and I apologized for that. Nowhere in your response do I see any regrets for the way it turned out. From 150 € to 10 € within 3 days, please allow yourself to learn more about fair sales methods and if this does not work into customer friendliness. Comments never work out, it just didn't work out for me, you just thought about how it was for you and did not ask further. This was your choice and now you may see this as a consequence.

In April 2017 I bought a beautiful Seiko Astron and my wife some rings from Daniel Kremer in Emmen. I did not plan to buy a Seiko Astron at the time, however, due to Daniel's enthusiasm and expert advice, I did. Now in August 2020 I bought a Tag Heuer Aquaracer from Daniel in his other store in Stadskanaal and we were enthusiastically helped by Daniel again. He does not have the Tag Heuer in his range, but it was no problem for him to deliver it to me. Because of the above, we went from Nieuwegein to Stadskanaal to pick up the Tag Heuer. Daniel Kremer has two great stores, as previously written in Emmen and in Stadkanaal, where you will receive expert and friendly assistance. In short, jeweler Kremer is a must.

Very good service! I had bought a watch online at jeweler Kremer. I found that quite exciting because what happens when something is wrong? Because she wanted to sell the watch I wanted and couldn't get it around here, I did it anyway. I received the watch at home quickly and in a nice gift box. This was a few months ago. I had a small problem with the watch and contacted me via email. The emails were answered very quickly and friendly and my problem was also solved, even though this was not covered by the warranty. So super service! Recommended.
