Went to Tenerife at the end of November with 7 people, completely arranged by Chantal. 3 days in advance there had to be a shift in rooms due to private circumstances. Chantal has arranged this neatly, without you having to worry about last minute adjustments before leaving.
Also; people think that a personal advisor is more expensive than the internet; The contrary! Even cheaper too!
We had a fantastic holiday in Lanzarote.
with our family (3 children) we would like to be within Europe and still enjoy the warmth.

If you book a trip with Chantal, it will be ready for you (preparation, tips, check-in), during (excursions that are canceled or relocated, in the event of an emergency, interim wishes) and after the trip (handling of rental car damage) ready for you! I have never experienced such a comprehensive service at a travel agency before! Really recommended !!!
