Unreliable Experience:
After placing an opening offer on the house at 2.5% below the asking price on Friday, the broker informed me that I would be called back on Monday with the response to the offer. On Tuesday afternoon, I was informed that there are now several parties that are interested and that there is a higher offer. Without giving me the opportunity to make a higher offer at a later stage or on Monday. (Which I was willing to do) And was made to understand that this other party is continuing to proceed with negotiations.
There was nothing more to discuss and Under the guise of the seller I was definitely turned away.
