worthless service we get a phone phone from insurance through their DON'T PROVIDE CHARGER. We had to wait 3 months for my phone because it was broken. first 2 months no answer, we called we were told that it will be "repaired" 3 weeks charger message that we will receive a replacement device. you finally get a tellephone again, they don't add a charger. we ask if we could get it. yes yes was due to the insurance. if we secure with you you should go after there. just fussing about a charger when we always went there for telephones etc. so now i have a phone that has no charger thanks to them. we were willing to discuss whether they would blame us or insurance. why bother about a charger? is only 6 euros or something is it really that much to ask?!? really worthless totally not customer friendly! I would like to say that most other phone houses have better friendliness.

Unfortunately I have to report that the quality of service from this store has deteriorated considerably. People are simply kicked off and "sent into the forest" with the most nonsensical answers. Only if you want to buy something or take out a subscription will they become more willing. I think there has been a change of staff, but that has come at the expense of quality / service. Real phonehouse unworthy. I went to a different location and received the service I was used to from this chain. All in all a bad thing.
