Always nice service

Friendly people and a nice range of properties. It is just a shame that a reaction is seen as definitive, you do not even get the opportunity to view the property, that will only come after that. But then you can no longer just turn, because that immediately counts as refusal and three refusals = being unsubscribed. That can be much more customer-friendly.
