After 3 years you could switch to another provider. I wanted to go back to KPN, it turns out that that is not possible at all. Which other provider then. When you call, the phone will not be answered.

Not what we expected of it, if we had known everything in advance we would never have switched to fiber optics. They can certainly sell nice talk, but they do not keep promises. Few times indicated that we are dissatisfied never heard of it again, do us the dish back!

No communication, empty promises. Actually just 1 big gang.

to my great frustration, a contribution of 16 months was deducted from my account in 2018. I have therefore requested the Cooperative 6 times to correct this. To date, things have been promised but not implemented. Very disappointing how errors are handled.
