We were so surprised by the quality, presentation and the great taste of all the food we tried! Really a hidden gem :).
Today we had a lovely lunch at Brasserie Spier. Friendly service, extensive lunch menu.
Started with delicious cappuccino. We chose For the salad with stir-fried steak tips.
Not a bad choice. It tasted great. Crispier vegetables and tender steak. Dish is prepared with attention and you can taste it. Will definitely come back here when we are in the area again.
Good delivery service. It was fast and still warm. We will do more often! Top service as usual!
Not enthusiastic. Man had to ask for pieces of dry sausage that would be in the mustard soup. Supplied in a cup. Ribeye came in puddle of gravy, was grilled on lava, which was not mentioned anywhere and was not tender. Edges and dots were downright hard. In addition, I did not get a steak knife to cut it properly. My husband's spare ribs were tasty, but the accompanying fries were undercooked.
Mediocre DAGPLATE enjoyed, the mussels (€ 22.00) were over-cooked and of C quality, so small ones. 1 tray of fries for 4 persons and 1 small tray with salad. When asked for a bowl of fries, it turns out to be € 2.00 on the bill .... (total 174.00) not really customer oriented ... a pity.
