They used fake hair for my extensions, pretended it was real even when I showed them proof. When I messaged them about a refund they just told me they wouldn't refund me and now they ignore my messages. Really disappointed with this service and the owner's attitude. Also the salon is messy and to braid my hair she kept pulling materials out of these messy boxes full of old hair extensions, it is really not worth it.
