A beautiful forest and heath area in Drenthe. We went to see what the campsite looked like and then walked a bit through the forest and over the heath . It is an environment where we would like to come back to.

We really had a great holiday at this beautiful campsite. Idyllically situated between the trees and no standard row on a field (they also have them for those looking for this). Great atmosphere at the campsite; because much of the evening was played by the campfire next to the food truck (also great!), it was very nice and we and our children had a great time! The adjacent pool was also lovely, the plumbing is dated but everything worked fine (nice hot showers!). The wifi that is there is completely fine, even streaming worked without any hiccups. Unfortunately, not the entire campsite is covered, but the owner will fix that point for improvement next season. I do not recognize myself at all in the comments in the negative reviews here

In itself it is a beautifully situated campsite in the middle of the forest, there is really something really beautiful to make of it. The forest spots are really forest spots, it is wonderfully quiet and the atmosphere there is good. What disappointed me, however, was the plumbing, very outdated, the temperature of the shower cannot be adjusted, every few seconds you have to press the button to get water out, the amount of water is insufficient for me to eg wash your hair well. The room is also not heated, making it so very cold to shower (2 to 4 Sept). We had booked for 7 days but left after 2 days. Not for us anymore .......

Fantastic campsite. Clean sanitary facilities. Spacious places. Place 72 (do reserve)

Beautiful surroundings especially in the early morning. Definitely go here more often
