Bought a bad car and way too expensive, bad service, plenty of flaws .. Never come again. In response to Peter Meints the following. The Hyuandai Santa Fé 2.2.crdi car from March 2012, model 2010-2012 was offered for € 12,945.00 ex VAT as a company car, 2 seater. There is no BPM on this car. Comparable car with BPM do 9 to 10 thousand euros including VAT. The offered car is therefore € 15,663.45 including VAT. During the telephone maintenance, Peter Meints rounded the car to € 16,000.00, because then a new MOT will be issued. Yes that was in the description on delivery. I agreed with that as a consumer. As a consumer you can trust that it is a good car. I asked and it was confirmed. An MOT costs an average of € 25.00. I thought it was strange. Again benefit doubt and I thought that it would have to be a very good car and it was from the 1st owner and an original Dutch car. It was a great deal .... The maintenance booklets would be present and dealer maintained. What else is included delivery package 1 to € 295.00 ex VAT. Delivery package 1 is new MOT including costs for replacement parts. So I paid for this package myself. No roadworthy costs for this car. I was going to get a call when the car was ready to pick up ... I was called. There were problems with the fuel gauge. This was replaced. Made a new appointment and on the day of delivery the car was inside and I was talked to the office to fill out the papers and signatures. I had just driven 140 km so it was not next door. I received the keys and within half an hour I was on my way back. The car has no navigation and the 6-speed manual gearbox was also disappointing, but yes, getting used to the car. On the way I found that the brakes were not functioning properly. It was Corona time in April, the car went to the local garage and asked to have the car checked. Yes I got a call. The brake pads were worn, less than 2 mm, there were no maintenance booklets and a major overhaul was certainly in place. The major overhaul (more than € 600) was carried out and it emerged that the left direction indicator did not function, it did not work and was an APK point. If it does not work, it will not pass the inspection, at least at a good garage. Emailed Peter and got an email back. He had spoken to the guys from car total and they said the turn signal was working. I asked for the MOT report but did not receive it. Costs to replace are then 125.00 ex VAT of material and then wages. I had bought the car without warranty, Peter reported ... There was little driving because of corona. When I did drive I came to a stop, the car stopped completely. There I stood at the traffic light. Local garage called and I was towed away. The battery was rotten, it had to be replaced. Total costs incl. Towing and placement of new battery € 202.00. In June I used the air conditioning for the first time, it was hot then. Short ride, but the AC didn't work. I had driven less than 500 km with the car. since the purchase on April 8 this year. It is of course not an option to drop by as it is 140 km back and forth. At an air conditioning company it was found that the capacitor was leaking. I took pictures of it and sent it to Peter, and yes I received an email back that there is no guarantee. Only when I pointed out to Peter that there is also such a thing as a legal guarantee, I got half of the amount of € 404.00 including VAT back. A few rides further I went into a tunnel and turned on the light but did not see a light dot in the display in the dashboard and yes then I was done with it At another car company. The car was an import car, and had a value without bpm of € 6,000.00. The car was offered to Peter the same day I was with for € 4,000.00. Peter Meints was not interested, 4 months later.
