I spent a lovely weekend at Beatrix B&B. Beatrix is a lovely host and makes sure you have everything you need for a quiet and relaxed time in ‘Drenthe’. The B&B is situated in between the two nature parks ‘Dwingelderveld’ and ‘Drents-Friese Wold’ and hence perfectly located if you want to explore the nature in this region. The rooms are tidy, spacious and perfectly equipped for a good night’s sleep and the breakfast provided is plentiful. If you are not looking for anonymity, but want a more personal touch, then Beatrix B&B is strongly recommended.

A place that I really love and want to return to again and again. Because it is far from the station, it is very difficult to go by bus, but that is why it is very quiet. The road outside is a great way to take a walk and I love walking at dusk. The owner, Trexi, was very kind, and the breakfast she made was the # 1 good breakfast I had traveled. I hope to visit her again someday while she is fine.
