Fantastic help! After research, I had reduced my options for buying binoculars to two. However, nowhere were these binoculars compared or tested 'against each other'. Trying it out in the store is not an option these days, but in the online chat the optical quality of these viewers was tested by an employee and compared with each other. A few photos were also shared where the viewers were placed next to each other and I could compare them well that way. I don't think a better approach to customer contact and actually making a purchase in the store is possible. Shipped the same day and shipped the next day. Thick thumb!

After an appointment and telephone information, as agreed, there was a box ready with various viewers who had been introduced. After some explanation we could try the viewers and make our choice. Helped very nicely.

Good explanation on the site so you can make a good choice, in my case the Hawke Endurance ED Mono 10x42. Good price, very fast delivery and clear communication by email. Nicely delivered.
