Booked a taxi at this company two days before our wedding. He would pick us up on Friday after our wedding at 00.30. However at 00.35 there was no one yet. My wife then called and it was assured that he could be there any time. At 00.45 no one yet. My wife called again and was told by 3 min he is there. Then still no taxi at 00.55. Then I called and the gentleman on the phone told me that he was an intermediary and that he could not tell, but just saying sorry was too difficult. He would call me back if he had spoken to the driver. Then heard nothing at 1.10. Called themselves again and from then on they did not answer the phone anymore and they left us (my wife in her wedding dress na) in the cold. In short, I think it is outrageous that you treat customers that way. Communicating seems to be very difficult for these people. Incidentally, time management too. In addition, very childish just to not answer the phone anymore.
