Rabobank, the bank that makes millions of profits, is firing its staff in 2021, and has never heard of the word SERVICE!
E.e.a. annoyance, seems like a government agency, what a bunch of officials! Note that the STAFF cannot do anything about this. But the CEOs had to be shaken up quite a bit, and give up considerably, instead of enriching themselves!
Great bank, but a bit too strict in following the rules. There is no empathy or personal approach.
Carrying your children all the way to the center by car .. parking drama .. find customer-friendliness at stake ... was older people who cannot come there .. a pity very unfortunate because how cliché it may sound in the past everything was better!
You used to have a Rabobank in the city center, Goverwelle and WC Bloemendaal. I find it not very convenient that there is only 1 Rabobank in Gouda. There are a total of 2 parking spaces where you can stand for 15 minutes. I use the deposit device very regularly, but 9 out of 10x is broken. Why it is convenient that the location is close to public transport, I also wonder ... No, so no improvement. The staff is always friendly.
For a business bill I had to wait two baskets, if not yet a bill and I had to wait another basket.
I can hardly believe it happened in the Netherlands.
