Grieks Restaurant Kreta

As so often ordered again yesterday, normally really great, but yesterday it was really nasty! Meat not well seasoned and not fried crispy (gyros dish). Was a disappointment, hopefully once!

Got take-away again tonight at Crete Waddinxveen. Midia, stivado and koto meze. It was delicious. The kitchen is able to package the dishes in such a way that they taste just like when you get them on your plate in the restaurant !! And wonderfully warm! Only we miss the Kalamata olives with the salad! Fortunately we still had a pot of these olives at home and it turned out all right😉😉!

Good restaurant without many flags and pennants. Affordable food and drinks. We experienced that reservations outside the weekend are not even necessary. Good care is taken with regard to health. Toilet is available for the guests and is clean; for people with walking difficulties, however, it is slightly more difficult to reach it because of 2 steps from the front part of the restaurant. Large terrace on the water with a view of the drawbridge. Good entertainment with passing ships. In good weather suitable for a day out with family.
