Poor information about shockwave therapy. First of all, they ask a lot of extra money, while with other physio practices this is covered by physiotherapy and this is claimed by health insurer (I am additionally insured and had to pay 55 € for ultrasound !!) I feel deposited! In addition, I was not properly informed about the pain that it caused and I felt that I had applied myself. Another physiotherapist told me that they can regulate the strength, so it wasn't necessary for me to suffer like that. The physical therapist was also looking at his watch all the time during the intake, it does not really give the feeling that you are paying attention. I will never go there again! Only plus was the friendly welcome at the reception.

Subscription canceled from July. Indicating that everything was good and that she was going to process it. Subsequently, monthly data is also collected. Based on that, I contacted 5 times, always indicating that I would be called back. What didn't happen! I also sent an email in November that has never been responded to. What can a customer do to get in touch with you to resolve this?

Called this morning because I had a running injury for a few days. I could come by that same day. Very nice! Also nice that clearly tell in advance what the costs are of your visit. Because this treatment was not reimbursed by my insurance, that meant paying for me immediately after treatment. Great, because this was clearly told in advance. I can imagine that this is not useful for everyone, though. I was kindly received at the reception and I was asked if I wanted to wait in the waiting room until I was picked up. The tips I got from the physical therapist were also helpful. All in all, I would recommend Rayer Healthcare to a friend who needed physio. I hope, of course, that I no longer need it myself and that I will recover quickly.
