Loved this Bed and Breakfast! Our host, Dirk, made our visit so enjoyable. He gave us great tips on where to find things we needed-the restaurant recommendation was perfect! The room was spacious, clean and a blend of old and new styles. The location was excellent-a short walk to the town center. Breakfast was tasty and filling. We would go back in a heartbeat!

I highly recommend Het Goudsche Huys, it is the perfect location on a peaceful canal side, close to walk into Gouda centre. The owner, Dirk, is the perfect host, very friendly, efficient and attentive. The Room with ensuite shower was super quiet, very clean, high ceilings and the whole building had a very calm atmosphere. Breakfast was great, Dirk kindly meeting fully my food allergy limitation. I look forward to staying here again at the next opportunity.

The location on the quiet Westhaven, just next to the Markt with its beautiful town hall, is excellent. The high and spacious room at the front of the beautiful canal house makes a pleasant stay well possible. The host is present and in the background. His breakfast, including fresh bread, is on time and a great start to the day. Highly recommended this B&B.

Extremely varied offer of different Gouda varieties. For tasting small bowls are available for many varieties. Small souvenirs also available.
