If you come purely for information you can better search online at vraaghetdepolitie.nl because when you come to the desk some employees do not know how to take a good attitude towards the citizen. Customer friendliness varies from person to person behind the information desk. The 1 takes his profession seriously and answers the questions well but the other one looks at you almost the police station. And apparently it also makes you think what you look like or at what time you step inside. Very unfortunate that people at the Police Station in Stadshart Zoetermeer are so familiar. Couple of colleagues ruin it for the rest. Should someone from the Police Station read this too, if your customer friendliness and helpfulness are of paramount importance. Because for now I doubt to come back when I have questions. Service and customer-friendliness is in any case hard to find for some employees.

Bad mattress and dusty blanket, view is not there at all, service also bad and staff very surly and unfriendly. The all inclusive concept is very disappointing, sometimes you just don't get what you ordered, and when you ring the room service they answer the phone irritated. In the morning I woke up and suddenly I had to go downstairs to talk to someone about the things I had experienced that day, this man was also very unfriendly and went very deeply into your personal experiences in life. Shower was fine in itself but I was not allowed to shower for that long for some reason. They do have a handy disposable toothbrush with toothpaste already in it for when you forgot your toothbrush. And a great place to air where you can view clouds. I was happy when I checked out. Not recommended, if it is up to me I would rather not come here again.

In a crisis situation at home on 10-9-2017, the police were at our request very quickly, with nice people, who knew what was needed, but did everything in a way that we are very grateful to them for. We hope that such a situation will never arise again, but we are grateful for the help that has been provided.
