Not called so contacted 2 days later and it turned out to be ready. So far it can still happen. But what I really don't think are those costs! I had 2 files, a large file and a 2 a4 file. The second file is again charged 2.50 (excluding VAT) entry costs. I have never experienced that, usually you pay 1x entry costs. And that they did not even draw my attention to this beforehand, I find strange and customer-friendly. The employee could not do anything with this because I came to pick it up another day and she was not there the day of the print job. Strange that you must have been there to resolve a complaint, but well, once and never again. Especially for private customers with small print jobs; I would look for another print shop.
