Unfriendly woman with an attitude from the greeting .. even during rush hour with a long queue, she thought it necessary to be smart, when I accidentally forgot the sticker sheet of the seal. For something so small you should not worry about a service function.

Very unkindly treated after the woman behind the counter had not heard my good evening. Customer friendliness is clearly not at the forefront here.

Received a breakfast gift from the NS - free breakfast at the kiosk. The kiosk does not want to accept the receipt because it is damaged, while the barcode is still clearly legible. No more kiosk for me.
