He came to fix a Siemens dishwasher- he charged 300 euros and 7 days later the dishwasher gave the same failure code. We called the Siemens official repair service who came to take a look at the dishwasher and they confirmed to us that SIM reparaties DID nothing to fix the problem. I called him back to get my money back but of course he categorically said NO. This business is a scam - DO NOT USE.

WARNING: Also trades as 'wasmachine reperatie den haag', and maybe other names. I only found this name when I searched the name on the payment transaction. BEWARE. Charged 65 euro, smashed the lock to open the door and just told me to fix it myself because he said 'it's difficult'. I then found tutorials on YouTube on how to fix it myself. The parts cost 45 euro (the door handle and the lock he smashed). Complete con.

They are scammers.  They come, without a diagnosis, look at the device and dream up a more expensive reason of breakdown and take 65€. In my case they said that need to change dishwasher board, but problem was in sensor inside opposite part of dishwasher.

Scammers. They asked 350 euros for a 5 minute repair that involved replacing an oven thermostat. While such a universal oven thermostat costs 30 euros on the internet.

Terrible!! Can't say otherwise! Unfortunately we did not read the reviews before we enabled this company. Charges 65 euros for driving costs. Repair costs and supplies were added. Was calling fifteen minutes from that half hour alone !! Hardly said anything during the 'repair'. Indicated that a new pump for the dishwasher would be needed. Has hardly moved the dishwasher before replacing the pump. The question is whether the pump is really broken. Was done with the repair fairly quickly. When we asked if he could check if the error code was gone, he indicated that this was not possible because there was nothing in the dishwasher! All in all, this whole joke costs us 175 euros. We could also not receive an invoice or receipt for this. Voucher from pin machine would be broken. We could expect the invoice by email. We have never received this. Please do not work with these people! You will be disappointed !!!
