There should be a clear grave number signpost and exit signpost system. New visitors quickly get lost there and are unable to find the exit. I was bothered about it twice while I was tending my mother's grave just those two times. The farewell house itself is a new building and I have not yet been inside. The buildings that are there may also have some clearer "labels".
Nice place to pay tribute to someone or to commemorate someone.
Have experienced respectful moments here. Very professional. Beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately, the old building is no longer there.
