Appalling customer service, flowers that fail to blossom and repeated corona-rule violations.
Ordered two funeral bouquets and very satisfied with both the service and the flowers themselves.
The flowers were beautiful and very fresh. Absolutely good price-quality ratio. In addition, I found that when I ordered the bouquets by phone, people listened very carefully to what I wanted and they thought along very well.

Bought a nice looking bouquet four days ago. Gave this to my daughter who went to live on her own. After four days she calls me that the bouquet no longer makes sense to bloom and sends me a few photos.
With these photos went to the so-called florist. When I just asked how long an already ready bouquet should last in the vase, the apologies were immediately mentioned. "It depends on how you deal with it, sir ... But on average it should be a week." So if a bouquet is already limp after 4 days, I shouldn't be able to. "If it has been in full sun, or has not been cut diagonally, or has been handled differently." Now it has been rainy weather the past few days and we were already happy when a ray of sun was shining. So it couldn't have been. My daughter also lives on the north side of the building, so there is no sun anyway. In addition, she lets plants grow and come to life that others throw away for dead. So she definitely has green fingers.
This florist will then show me all the flowers in his shop to show that they are fresh. "But the photos show that the bouquet no longer looks after 4 days?" That wasn't his fault, he continued his argument, so he didn't have to do anything about it.
My advice: buy flowers from a real florist and not at this address.

Poor quality flowers and very poor service. After 4 days a bunch of 20 euros half dead. Owner could not do anything with it, very bad service so ..... And this is not the first time ..... So don't buy flowers here!
