Mr. Balm and his company are totally unreliable. The work performed is not precise and it was never completed. One day the company just "disappeared" when troubles could not be solved anymore. I have tried for two months to reach the owner per phone without any success. He was even refusing my calls. So like I said, completely unreliable. Of course the bill was delivered per post and even asking for further clarifications, it was never possible to get in contact again with the guy. My comment: very disappointing.
