AVOID THIS BUSINESS! Unfortunately there is no way to give negative stars, otherwise I would have given -5 stars. The owner is not customer friendly and the repair people he forces to do the grunt work are being exploited because they are migrants. He requires them to call him or he calls them several times during their repairs to supervise them. The owner exhibits derogatory behavior toward people from Poland and explicitly told me that he wouldn’t want to live in neighborhoods where there were migrants from that country. He has no social filter. The owner is running a shady enterprise and does not always pick up the phone. The washing machines are refurbished to last just beyond the warranty. The prices are not much less than some brands available at Media Markt. Buy a new one at Media Markt and save the time, money and frustration of dealing with a dishonest business person. Media Markt delivers on time and removes your old appliance. I can’t vouch for the same services from this disreputable dealer.

Do not buy from them. After first month wasching machine broke up. No one said, that warranty covers purchases above 150e. Okey, the guy decided to help. Then he tried to deceived me and persuade to buy another washing machine for an extra money for several days. Anyway he didnt repair/gave another one/gave money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! IT S A SCAM The seller tells you everything you want to hear in the store but the you never get what you pay for. The delivery people are incompetent and very rude. I bought a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner and it came 2 days late and with MISSING PARTS. The guy from the delivery said he doesn t know about the missing parts and after I told him I will file a complaint he started swearing at me in his own language because he doesn't speak english.

No, do not buy from here. After 5 months the dryer does not work anymore and on having it check it over professionally, it appears it was supplied with the wrong filter and water reservoir that are not from this model. The lint leaking into the works of the dryer has now damaged the tumble dryer beyond repair. Out of warranty now, so no way to be compensated.

What a misery this case. First contact was difficult to speak Dutch. Meanwhile, 180 euros further and still a refrigerator that becomes minus 10 on position 1. No refund . They say it has a new thermostat. Now I am told no we have it fixed. They also forgot the first appointments, which took 3 weeks. WHAT A @ £ × ¥ # ^% # & # BUSINESS NEVER GO HERE.
