Received a faulty washing machine twice. The only solution offered: pick up parts and repair them yourself. So do not adhere to the warranty obligation. Ultimately having to buy a new washing machine.

I do not understand some reviews ... The owner is always helpful, always immediately helped in case of problems with the machine. Even outside the warranty period, this makes an exception. I highly recommend the company!

Nice thing. I bought a good washing machine here and once and was once helped with a tap without them wanting anything for it. Recommended!
