I got a hernia in 2012. After consultation with the neurologist followed by an MRI scan, it was decided to conduct a conservative profession as it is called. So no surgery. After long-standing complaints and doubts about conservative policy, I received a tip from a cycling companion to go to Adriaan Brouw. I still had the usual complaints, tingling in the foot and leg and a stiff back mainly when standing up. With Adriaan it was made clear to me that there was nothing to do about the tingling, damaged nerve, but that the stiffness could be reduced by specific exercises in combination with therapy with Adriaan. I started the trajectory 1.5 years ago with doubt, if it doesn't help, it won't harm. And now 3 years after the onset of my hernia I can say that the stiffness in the morning is greatly reduced and sometimes completely gone. You understand that you must have a long breath. I am a fanatic cyclist and adjust my exercises accordingly. I do the exercises daily and I certainly benefit from it. Adriaan is very professional. He takes the time for you and makes a personal attack plan with you. I am very satisfied with his treatment method and can recommend anyone to contact him with similar complaints.

Yo estoy muy satisfecha con la fisioterapia que recibi del sr Adriaan Brouw. 2 sesiones fueron suficientes para sentirme completamente bien, las dolencias de mi cuello y mis hombros desaparecieron y los mareos tambien. es un excelente fisioterapeuta lo recomiendo. I went to Mr Adriaan Brouw for severe pain in both sides of my shoulders and neck, I couldn't turn my head. after 2 treatments I felt very good. I am very satisfied that I have found such a good manual therapist. I therefore heartily recommend Mr Adriaan Brouw.

Unclear access to premises and treatment room, Mr Brouw was 10 minutes late for a (first!) Consultation of half an hour, paying particular attention to his mobile and my identity data, more than to my complaint. Did not provide safety and I had to undress immediately and started treating immediately. He called that 6 treatments were needed anyway. After this first time I stopped immediately. Received a bill of 80 (!) Euros for 20 minutes !! Now with a good manual therapist who first made a thorough diagnosis and with exercises I can get to work myself, nothing 6 treatments. And the two treatments (of more than 1.5 hours in total) is less than the 80 euros from mr. Brouw. I am very dissatisfied with mr. Brouw and that may be said.

Adriaan Brouwer has helped me with back problems where physiotherapists where I was only involved in symptom relief before were very skilled and professional. Not only did I notice improvement step by step after each treatment, he also communicated very clearly about approach and movement advice. Also, exercises that I got were just right and carefully constructed. Now completely pain free!

Very skilled! Have been coming for years for maintenance of the body or if I have fallen by bike again haha. Don't have to explain anything. He knows my body and how it reacts. Sometimes I am outside again within 15 minutes (why longer if it is not necessary) and other times he has more work. But helping always does it. Price quality more than excellent! And people "maintenance" pays off!
