Sorry to read that others have experienced the same! I never write a bad review, but I would also like to share my story to protect others! At first I saw with my own eyes how the bracelet of my girlfriend fell on her wrist after having had it for 5 minutes. When I went back with the bracelet, I was pointed out in a very unpleasant way that the bracelet had been broken. Later I realized that I had been trying to make it and that it might have been bent, but I never had the opportunity to discuss it again because of the owner's unprofessional attitude. I had to pay repair costs of 17.50 euros, which is so far .. but the most annoying thing I found was that I was not believed and the owner was so unkind. When I picked up the repaired bracelet and gave it to my girlfriend, it fell off her wrist after a day (!). She then went back herself and was shocked by the attitude of the owner. My girlfriend wanted to choose a new bracelet or a new one, but was given the choice to have it made again (which makes the bracelet even weaker according to the owner) and then never come back with it or only to repair the costs. (17.50 euros) and take the broken bracelet (40 euros paid) home. She then had it repaired again but unfortunately she does not dare to wear it .. What a terrible experience! I understand that you have rules as a shop, but after a bracelet breaks twice in such a short time, you should take responsibility for it and have a customer-friendly attitude / service.

For my 40th birthday, I received money from all my friends and family, and together with Rose we made a design. Rose made a beautiful gold chain and ring for me, I wear them daily and I am very happy with it. A very nice memory of my 40th!

I immediately went back the next day to fix this. Unfortunately I was told that the owner could not do anything for me. I just had to pay € 12.50 for the repair, unfortunately I do not think this is a good service. Certainly not after buying bracelets from this store several times.
