It is absolutely disgraceful that this attraction doesn't receive more attention. Having experienced it, I can safely say that it has redefined my outlook on life - and the truth is that I now understand "life" is truly the tip of the iceberg. I highly recommend a so called "visit", which is actually more of a spiritual awakening in my opinion. Certainly worth seeing if they have a space on the long waiting list during a trip to the Hague.

An experience to last through the ages. Upon entry into the boudoir I was overwhelmed with the enlightening decor. The exhibit brought up soothing childhood memories as I floated through the timeless spaces upon spaces. After being offered what can only be called 'the meal of the decade'... Further mystery awaited. As the world's fourth largest ball of exhibit disappeared slowly in my rearview mirror I could not help but shed a small tear. A tear in the knowledge it would be a very, very long time before I would feel such exuberance again.

This place is extravagantly serene. Lights were low just like I like them and the hallways smelled like ice cream. I had a pleasant time.

One might easily fall into the trap of floccinaucinihilipilification in regards to the museum. I could not urge you enough to do your best to resist said trap. The world that awaits...is simply boundless. Fragrances unbeknownst to the most cultured of men permeate the body with an eroticism paralleled only in one's private chambers. Sounds of pure joy emanate from every surface within the walls of, what can only be described as one of the worlds wonders; almost as if the exhibits were animated. I must say, I cannot and will not spoil the endless amounts of fun that awaits each and every single one of you traveller's that dare attempt this pilgrimage. Good luck friends.

The thing with the Exhibit is it is literally and I mean "liderally" an exhibit that reaches across the ages. Our living history group was looking for a space to re-enact the Utrecht Wallentickt (wall ticket) protests of 1765. We were able to recreate the committee stages of the bye-law challenges that preceded the riots, using the stairs that lead to the ticket booth to the Exhibit as a quasi heirarchical status denominator. To be honest it didn't work all that well but that doesn't reflect badly on the Exhibit itself. It was more down to some status issues in our group. Let's be honest life has passed some of them by and that's a hurter for them. "Great history nuts don't always make for great re-enactors" as they say. Other things: 1. There was a woman guiding visitors who looked like an acorn, Fact, this upset my man-of-business so we had some quibbles re ticket pricing; 2 There were some areas, zones maybe, where shadows weren't cast but colours e.g. In our baggy jazz trousers, were somehow more vivid; 3. There seemed to be a lot of newspapers squished into bed-like formations in corners, although unoccupied and neat enough, they disturbed us, they were all regional Belgian newspapers from the 1960s, and we saw a beshatten clog next to one of them. That's no coincidence when you think of Shoe to Shop to Chop to Crop to Crow....so that's a sinister black bird flying over the Exhibit This is why I love it. Hey Exhibit Fans...Feel The Love cos it's in the room, it's coming! Yours, out and about in Den Haag BBDubs
