Last year I walked a Camino to Santiago de Compostella in 2 months (800km) on 2 types of conventional walking shoes. On the way I struggled with back and heel problems. Then MBT and Joya discovered! What an incredible difference. Because of the more "upright" posture, my back is much more relaxed when walking and my lower back problems are gone. And thanks to the soft "heel-less" design, my heels are protected. The unrolling of the foot is really almost automatic. What an incredible gift these kinds of shoes are. Never else. Last week I treated myself to new Joya's for everyday use. In the shop I was again very well informed about the types / types, and I tried everything quietly for an hour and a half. And the most beautiful included! #completely happy I am very much looking forward to my next Camino in 5 weeks!
