Very professional way of training towards a clearly defined goal. With a structured approach PPT is able to push you either hard or gently to your limit which results in achieving the goals set. I am very happy with the results!

Being a senior lady, I walked with a stick because of my instability. After disappointing experiences in gyms, I turned to PPT to see if they could improve my overall condition. The result is amazing: after several months I am much stronger and can walk independent. The trainings are very intensive, but fun because they vary and are given in a relaxed atmosphere. Fantastic! Thank you Joël and Robin, miss you!

Joel mainly thinks of herself, has an unpleasant way of communicating "you are still too fat!" And does not respect the RIVM guidelines. In other words, not a recommendation if you want to exercise safely and responsibly.
