AH Valkenboslaan

Another AH supermarket in the Hague around the corner and end of Weimarstraat to the south side.

Recent renovations in 2020 make the space feel larger and there is a pretty decent fresh food selection, plus a significantly improved imported herbs (Asian) section. The self check out counters are, however, badly designed. Only a single exit that meets the end of a manual till... Frequent bottleneck in that area especially with carts required per customer.

Overall nice store. Love the self checkout and self scan with the AH app. Not a huge fan of how they tend to cramp the isles with random junk to sell. Space is already limited, this stuff makes it difficult to get around.

I like a lot that AH ! People are so friendly and helpful! And the advantage is the parking under the shop.
