In the past 15 years the swimming facilities have not changed though it has been renovated. 1 big pool for swimming laps, 1 smaller pool increasing in depth, 1 fun pool with a current installed, 1 slide, a turkish steambath (really nice), a jacussi and a outside pool.

Unfortunately have to wait outside with young children (Swimming lessons) in Corona time. I am kindly obedient, but notice from other people that they directly confront them. Something the employees hopelessly try to find an answer to. It is freezing outside so it is not really nice to wait. Not a disaster, but everyone with children knows after a bit of cycling that waiting outside in the cold is not very pleasant. The mega queue to the road is also a strange solution. Why not open the gym to people waiting ???????? The manager here is taking it way too easy. A direct debit seems to be very difficult to start with (in 2020)? Even with my first child 2015 I already indicated that this saves everyone a lot of time. Such is bad management. Random software is now being pushed aside. But of course this has been going on for years and is not something of the last few weeks. Corona shows which companies are willing and able to come up with good solutions and which are not. This manager messes up. I also see various employees trying to act more as a police officer than as a person. Leave disobedience to the police and don't play police officer yourself. You are not for that. Every week I see countless discussions and angry people who just have to treat you as a customer. I think this must come from management. If not, I would have a good conversation with customers and my own employees I know of several swimming pools that have eg opened a gym for waiting people and do not send people out with small children. Just wait in the car is the message ... yes I don't have that on that day. The problem was already there in the summer and then I asked what they were going to do with it in the winter. They didn't know that yet. Well ... still not now. There is also a sign directly at the entrance to the arrival hall and swimming pool whether parents only want to wait inside and on the terrace. But people are simply sent outside, because otherwise the pool must be closed, tell the employees. I was always happy with the service, but it seems like people think it is war. Management can just create a very relaxed atmosphere here ... it has completely disappeared.

Lovely swimming pool. Now unfortunately bubble bath and steam cabin closed due to virus condition. But it remains a nice swimming pool. We have earned tasty cappuccino and sausage roll (fresh from the bakery) after swimming.
