Make an appointment, eg driving license extension. Pick up your number from a machine on the ground floor. Go to the 1st floor. Within a minute you are called. Helpful and friendly approached behind the desk. All settled. What more do you want from a municipality. Nice

Beautiful building and smooth flow. The hostess was very attentive. There are a few shops in the hall (including a passport photo shop).

A bunch of tinkerers work at Werk en Income. Employees here often do not know themselves how things should legally work and make decisions that turn out to be incorrect afterwards. So do not let yourself be fooled and do your own research into their decisions, check through other agencies whether it is correct when Werk en Inkom tries to make you believe that they do not just take their word for it, they are known for making a lot of mistakes.
