Service and deal is very bad

Good experiences with this clinic! I have walked at this clinic for about two years. Friendly, knowledgeable and flexible staff, especially the psychological guidance, I have experienced as very practical and just fine. (I therefore do not agree with the more negative reviews I read in between.) Of course things sometimes go wrong, but overall I am very satisfied with the wish to have children at the medical center. They think along with you, they are understanding and also decisive, which is good in these types of processes. I have now become a mother and have been very happy with the help and support of this clinic. The location is also great, conveniently located, private parking spaces and pleasantly decorated spaces. I also visited other fertility clinics at the time. I liked MCK the best!

We have spent a number of years at the Medical Center Kinderwens, so I think we can also give a good and honest review. The location and place is great: no hospital atmosphere, super easy to reach (open every day of the year, easily accessible by phone and email). Short waiting times, we really think along to make your process run as smoothly as possible. The manpower capacity is also much greater than at many hospitals. MCK was therefore little affected by the corona crisis in terms of start-up, while some hospitals still have huge waiting lists. Nice and knowledgeable doctors work there, although we had less of a click with two of them. Fortunately, there is often also something to choose, such as who your main practitioner is or which doctor makes the ultrasound. Many doctors are down to earth, not at all the stereotypical image of a hospital doctor who won't let you finish. I can still well remember how our second ICSI failed in the end and we were allowed to drop by the same afternoon to hear what our final diagnosis turned out to be. That's nice, the doctors really sympathize with you instead of putting you on the pile. A lot is possible and you can actively participate in your treatment. Especially at a later stage in the process, we had the feeling that our opinion and voice really mattered. That is very nice in a process in which you are very vulnerable. I really want to advise everyone to adopt that active attitude, so that your trajectory will ultimately be the most pleasant. We did have to pay attention now and then, sometimes raising the alarm a bit more often. We also did treatment in Germany, where, for example, blood was taken more often (eg to plan the time of the puncture very accurately). Ultimately, after an incredibly long and extensive process, we became pregnant with our daughter who we are expecting in March 2021.

I speak full of praise for this clinic, I totally can't find myself in the bad reviews! I recommend this clinic to everyone! They are very friendly and knowledgeable people, no question is too much, they have a lot of patience, they are also very respectful and approach you very nicely!
