Very good service and personal shopping appointment could be done via video call during COVID lockdown. Delivery was very fast too. The next day for all the items they had in stock.

Terrible experience! The service is very bad. Do not order something that is not in the shop because they may tell you you will have the items in couple of days in the shop and actually the thing you order is not even in the stock!! And in order to learn this, I had to call ten times to push them to give me an exact date of delivery.

Very happy with the service to have mega stores delivered during the lockdown instead of postnl! Within 3 hours the order within🤩 a few things were not in stock, so we put together a new set while calling! Super service and an incredibly helpful, friendly saleswoman🙌🏻

Prenatal has started a service during the lock-down, whereby the XL stores deliver within a radius of 15 km. Ordered by phone this morning and 3 hours later I had already received the products! Top arranged!
