Useless people work at this branch. No customer service whatsoever with no indication on how long to wait before being served- I could have waited 2 hours before even being glanced at. Avoid at all cost and go to another branch- these people are not interested in selling anything to you.

Have a marmoleum floor laid by this company and covered with 2 staircases. Some sloppy pieces, but that is surmountable. Would a lot be done again. Very poor communication. Always call yourself with the promise for an appointment. After 5x calls and emails still no appointment. Nobody knows anything about the contact moments. Apparently even the marmoleum was not laid. Has never been communicated to us. Our attic is already packed with stuff. Incidentally, 3 times in the morning are waiting for the employee and then after hours of waiting themselves must call that it is not convenient for the layman that day. People are very friendly, but it doesn't help us. Laying has cost us a lot of money with unfortunately very poor service. We are still waiting for an appointment.
