Hästens

We have been repeatedly (3 times) at the Hästens Store in Leiderdorp. The search for a new bed gave us many questions and we noticed that the average seller had no or a bad answer to this. Once we enter the Hästens store, we are very well served. There is an eye for the wishes of the customer. The salespeople are knowledgeable and the focus is not on selling a bed, but on inventorying and creating what is needed to provide the perfect sleeping experience. Fair, transparent and without pushing towards a purchase. Compliments to you for the pleasant experience and all the time taken to help us so well!

Perfectly helped by Jeffrey. I have rarely experienced such good and honest service. A lot of time is spent on your wishes, and honest advice is given on what you do and especially do not need. Now we are almost a year later and I have no regrets about the purchase of my bed and bedding 👍
