When I wanted to buy one pair of football boots, the employees were very friendly. Unfortunately, this changed when I wanted to return my shoes. I have explained (medically) how difficult it is for me to wear shoes, but this was completely ignored. No empathy and assumptions are made such as: (people do not read what is on the receipt anyway)
