He rarely takes a public transport discount. Have to ask back very often. Normally you pay 2 euros for a whole day of parking with an OV discount. Now I pay 6.63 every time. Always fill in everything to be able to get the amount back, including proof. That must first be approved again. And then it takes a few weeks before you finally get your money back. Called customer service, used intercom every time, added comments every time with the refund. Nothing is being done with it, he still does not get the discount. How many times do I have to request a refund before finally doing something about it?
